Country artist Alayna is a story of hard work, perseverance & resilience. With her attitude-driven upbeat songs, Alayna grabs the attention of every audience during her live performances. Combine a powerful Kelly Clarkson-esque voice with great guitar playing, catchy melodies, and relatable lyrics and there’s no denying she’s the next superstar in country music. She is self-taught on guitar, and studied and performed classical piano for 15 years.
Since moving to Nashville, Alayna has become a well-known name in multiple songwriting communities around town. She has played Nissan Stadium and the world famous Bluebird Cafe, was named a CMA Emerging Artist with a booth in the Music City Center during CMAFest, & won multiple songwriting awards including TSAI’s Female Songwriter of the Year for 3 consecutive years.
Alayna’s Debut EP “The Wrong Side” was fan-funded by Kickstarter, raising over $9,000 and sold in 35 US states &12 countries. It charted Top 30 on iTunes UK country chart. She also had a successful PledgeMusic campaign for her next EP “Wicked City”. Alayna has a consistently growing social media presence across all platforms, including over 1 million YouTube views. Her music video for “Steady” boasts over 100,000 views on YouTube and was featured on The Heartland Network. “Making Babies” is her most streamed song with over 150,000 streams on Spotify.
Her underdog story of growing up in an abusive home made her strong and able to continue to pursue her music career in Nashville. While many musicians come and go over the years in Music City, Alayna is still fighting. In 2015 she was diagnosed with PTSD and has made it her mission to share her mental health story and be an advocate for breaking through the mental health stigma with her music. Given everything that she’s accomplished, she’s already made an incredible impact.
